Please help me upgrade the Legion of Mystic Heroes!
The Legion has long since died. Thank you to everyone who has donated thus far to the cause. I will be saving the points for another worthy cause, however, as I refuse to use points that were meant for a worthy cause on myself.

:star:~COMMISSIONS ARE NOW OPEN~:star:
The awkward and excitable HiguchiPhoenix is now offering open commissions! If, after seeing the prices below, you are still confused about how much your commission will cost, please message me for an estimate price!

All commissions are expected to be paid upfront and to my PayPal. The e-mail is kcwsdragons@yahoo.com (Yes I still use Yahoo DON'T JUDGE MEEEEE)

Before finalization of a commission, I will draw a sketch or two and ask whether or not it is to your taste. This can happen three times. The fourth and onward will involve a fee of +$3 per, simply because sketches, like everything else, take time and effort. It is my intention to draw exactly what you are looking for as well as I can, but there is no pleasing some people, ay?
This fee is nulled if it is a misunderstanding on my part, but know that this will be at my own discretion.

Drawings
Headshot, Uncolored: $10
Headshot, Colored: $15
Full Body, Uncolored: $20
Full Body, Colored: $25
Multiple Characters, Uncolored: $20 +$5 per person
Multiple Characters, Colored: $25 +$7 per person

Added Background: +$3 to purchase if uncolored, +$5 if colored

Standalone Background, Uncolored: $7
Standalone Background, Colored: $10

Anything that does not fit any of this criteria (animals, mythical creatures, or what have you) will be considered negotiable.

Comics
This commission type is somewhat negotiable. The following are only BALLPARK ESTIMATES. For a true estimate, please contact me.

One Page, Uncolored: $25
One Page, Colored: $40

Animations
This commission type is very negotiable, as it is dependent on what is being animated, how many frames there are, and the duration of the animation. The following are only BALLPARK ESTIMATES, whereas a true price will be set once negotiations are underway.

An animation with one character doing a thing, uncolored:
15 frames, 3 seconds: $25
30 frames, 3 seconds: $40

An animation with one character doing a thing, colored:
15 frames, 3 seconds: $35
30 frames, 3 seconds: $60

Caramelldansen, Uncolored: $20
Caramelldansen, Colored: $30

(To give a little perspective: It takes me somewhere between 6-12 hours to make 30 frames, depending almost entirely on the animation content itself. The more moving elements in the animation--more characters, moving backgrounds, etc--the pricier your animation will be.)

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION
This purchase does not mean you own the art. A commission fee is to pay for the service of the art itself. Actual ownership of a piece of art is kept by the artist unless they agree otherwise.
This means:
:bulletpink: You may utilize the art for personal reasons such as personal wallpapers, personal avatars, etc.
:bulletpink: You may ONLY post the art somewhere else WITH PROPER CREDIT TO THE ARTIST.
:bulletpink: You absolutely may not resell this art under any conditions. (It happens. I've seen it. Don't be that guy.)

(I do not believe copyright will be an issue with y'all though, I have faith in you.)

Tagged by :iconsilverfire113:

I will not be tagging anyone this time because I'd probably only tag the people I tagged last time.
...And a lot of them were people who hardly do these things, and you did them anyway, and you are the best of the best for doing so. You have all my kudos.

1.Do you want a boyfriend or girlfriend?
Are you asking me which I want or if I want either in general? While I'm a little lonely, I'm still okay if I grow up to have a bazillion cats instead of a partner. That's okay with me. There's no real reason to hurry the love thing.

2.When did your last hug take place?
I hugged my mom last week after my brother's birthday.

    3.Are you a jealous person?
It depends. I definitely get jealous from time to time. I like to think it's not very often, though.

    4.Are you tired right now?
     Yep.

5.Do you chew on your straws?
Yep, once the drink is gone.

6.Have you ever been called a tease?
    I don't...think...so?

7.Have you ever been awake for 48 hours straight?
I'm not sure, but I've probably been pretty close.

    8.Do you cry easily?
    The answer is usually yes.

9.What should you be doing right now?
Reading a little booklet about driving information. Or drawing something. Or writing. Or looking for a job.

    10.Are you a heavy sleeper?
I don't consider myself as one. Depends on how tired I am and how long I've been sleeping.

11.Do you think you can last in a relationship for 6 months?
Probably. I wouldn't even enter a relationship if I didn't mean to take it seriously.

12.Are you mad at someone right now?
A little bit, but I'll manage.

    13.Do you believe in love?
    Yes.

14.What makes you laugh no matter what?
Silver's shenanigans. 8) And appropriate puns. And Whose Line is it Anyway?

15.Who was the last person you talked to?
My grandfather, while I was putting in his eye drops.

16.Do you get butterflies around the person you like?
No. I would imagine I'd just get really anxious and scared that I'd make them hate me on accident, though.

    17.Will you get married?
    Who knows?

18.When was the last time you smiled?
At my brother, during a talk about games, but the conversation also involved frowns, scowls, eye rolling, snickering, and all manner of emotions.

    19.Does anyone like you?
As a friend? I should hope so. As more than a friend? If so, they have not told me.

    20.Do you secretly like someone?
    Maybe.

21.Who was the first person you talked to today?
24 hours day-wise, Silver, because she came online after midnight. Waking up-wise, my brother.

22.Who do you feel most comfortable talking to about anything?
My mother, when she calls. I don't like burdening friends with my own insecurities and drama.

23.What are you NOT looking forward to?
    Having to get a job.

24.What ARE you looking forward to?
I reserved The Sims 4, which comes out in a month or so. It's the first game I've ever reserved, and will be the first game I ever get when it's still new and 'in.' Most games I buy are used or have been out for about a year before I get to them, so it's kind of exciting for me.

25.Has someone of the opposite sex ever told you they loved you, and meant it?
   Besides family? No.

26.Suppose you see your ex kissing another person what would you do?
Well, if they're my ex, I might be a little sad, but we've got to move on in our own ways. Who am I to judge someone else's source of happiness, as long as they aren't hurting anyone?

27.Do you plan on moving out within the next year?
    No.

    28.Are you a forgiving person?
I am very begrudging, but I try not to be. Rather than solve anything, this just makes me come off as passive aggressive. Which I am.

29.How many TRUE friends do you have?
At least three. GOOD LUCK FINDING OUT WHICH OF YOU THEY ARE MWAHAHAHA

30.Do you fall for people easily?
Nah. In fact, I've had a friend mistake me as an asexual.

31.Have you ever fallen for your ex’s best friend?
Never dated, never had an ex.

32.What’s the last thing you put in your mouth?
    I bite my nails, so...

33.Who was the last person you drove with?
    My grandfather and brother.

34.How late did you stay up last night and why?
Until 4 AM, playing Runescape and reading A Thousand Years Ninetails.

35.If you could move somewhere else, would you?
Depends. I really like where I live--it's quaint and the people are friendly--but I hear the place my friend Silver lives is similar. And there are other nice places too, I bet. But home is still home.

36.Who was the last person you took a picture of?
My brother. With my old phone. Over a year ago. Unless you count those pictures I took of myself with the honey bear Silver sent me for my birthday.

37.Can you live a day without TV?
Yes. I was doing so for a while until my brother moved back in.

38.When was the last time you were extremely disappointed?
   I don't think I want to say.

    39.Three names you go by...
   Higuchi/HP/HIRGURCHU/Hig/Higgy/Higgyoh

Posh or Mister Posh, or sometimes even Pash

   Anime/AnimeDragons/Dragons

   Kayloob

40.Are you currently in a relationship?
    No.

41.What is your all-time favorite romance movie?
Howl's Moving Castle or Nightmare Before Christmas, if you count them.

42.Do you believe that everyone has a soul-mate?
Maybe. If they do, they do; and if they don't, they don't.

    43.What’s your current problem?
Should I shower now, or should I shower later?

44.Have you ever had your heart broken?
    I think I have.

45.Your thoughts of long distance relationships?
    Why not?

46.How many kids do you want to have?
    We'll see.

47.Have you ever found it hard to tell someone you like them?
    Yes.

I'm sorry, I'm sorry. :( Please forgive me, I did not realize that poetry is too easy. I thought it was easier for me because I was good at it, not because it is inherently easy. D: I'll do something else for you in return. Pick something for me to do for you in return? I can do various stuff. Just don't ask me to do a Flash nor any 3D models--Flash animations can take weeks, and 3D Models can take months. D: When I wrote that poem called "Lunar Bunnies" or something like that, it took me three days. No joke. I had to have it perfect, it had to be just so. My poetry is calculated and I write it meticulously, paying extra attention to detail. I don't just write something down and call it "done". I revise it, rework it, until I feel it is perfect. Short Stories take about three to four weeks, perhaps, if I'm not suffering from writer's block. Not to mention I usually spend most of that time revising and reworking it, as well as asking friends if they can help me proofread it. Often I get stuck deep into the story and suffer writer's block halfway through, before I finally figure out how to continue writing it from there. There have been times where it took me several months to write a story, in fact, longer than I've spent on any but one of my animations. I've had a 3D model I had been working on that took me many months, if not over a year to complete.

So yeah. It's not like I just throw words at a blank Word document and call it poetry. I don't want to write junk, I want to write something worthwhile, stuff people would actually want to read (if they would even give it a chance-I've written stuff before and no one wanted to read them on the grounds of it being fan-fiction or on the grounds of it being poetry...>_> It's both a curse and a blessing to be good at writing types of literature that tend to have not so good reputations...). I mean, no one wants to read a fan fiction from a nobody. D: And no one wants to read poetry because they'd rather read an original story. Granted, some of my earliest poetry on deviantART is rather junk, before I got serious with it and decided to put more effort into them.

Nevertheless, I won't write poetry for you, but will do something else for you of your choice. What will it be?

Oh! And when I said comic, I didn't mean one with a plot. I meant a sequence. >< My bad. More specifically, I want a before, during, and after sequence of transformation. >< I'm just too used to calling any artwork with multiple panels a "comic". ><

But never mind about the art trade, I think I'll turn it into a request from you--I write or draw something for you, you won't need do anything for me in return. Consider it an apology from me because I was so stupid to think that the art trade was even fair (I feel like such an idiot). So, instead of asking for something from you, I'll write/draw something for you instead. I want to make it up, somehow. T_T
