...At First Glance
Jetka is approximately five foot eight with dirty blond hair she tends to keep in uneven pigtails. She doesn't weigh a whole lot, her somatype being towards thin and brainy more than fat or muscular. Her ethnicity is caucasean; she occasionally has a tan, but only her nose burns. She doesn't freckle. Her taste in clothing is in the range of totally outrageous; her favorite pieces include: a rainbow-striped long-sleeve shirt; an obnoxiously sparkly vest; a black pair of shorts with a pair of fuzz balls dangling from each belt loop; and flip flops or pumps, depending on how tall she feels like being any given day. She likes to wear unusual jewelry, too, such as chandelier earrings and thick plastic rings.


...Skin Deep
She has an obnoxiously upbeat and eccentric personality, often described as bouncing off the walls. Ambitious, she's also used to getting her own way, and can throw some nasty tantrums when things don't go the way she planned. As long as she feels she is in control she's content, but she's also quick to be bored. She doesn't like crowds of people, but she'll eagerly introduce herself to total strangers if they're in a smaller group--more so if they appear to be interesting or her own age. She likes cute things, shiny things, and anything that isn't normal. She's not a big fan of bad smells, dirty things, or being ignored.


...All Work And All Play
Her father, whom is just about absent frmo her every day life, started her off with the funds from his own very successful software and engineering business; it was in these surroundings that Jetka found both the funds, tools, and know-how to begin crafting various machinery and gadgets to make her life more interesting. She specially orders most of the parts, then puts them together by herself or with specially-made robots that do such things for her. Very rarely will she ask a servant to set things up; she prefers to live her life without them, leaving them to their own devices (and their gossip). Generally her creations aren't for the good of mankind; she has inadvertantly sent everything from cyborg elephants to three-headed dinosaurs through the city streets. Occasionally she'll market a project to fund her next one, but not very often.
  
... Everything In Between
At the moment Jetka's main objective is to make something that will make her every day life more interesting. Without any friends--she's too 'out there' and is adamantly independent besides--she spends most of her days alone with her projects or tools, perhaps going out to find supplies or to grab a street snack for the heck of it. She used to be concerned with how much attention she got, being the daughter of a billionaire, but she has since come to terms with it, treating them as another part of every day life--even going so far as to dress in her extraordinary outfits to ensure she is seen.
